Controller/ Accounting Manager

Job Description Job Description Controller Position for Property Management Company – responsible for all accounting and financial matters for clients and property management firm. Requires at least 3 years' experience as a Controller.

Duties include: supervise accounting staff, assist auditors, prepare draft budget for the firm, meet with client treasurers and attend budget meetings of clients as requested, assist Community Managers on financial matters, oversee the accounting software and train staff as needed, produce monthly financials according to GAP for clients and the firm with assistance, maintain proper internal controls, and oversee expenses of the firm. Hybrid work schedule with staff working from home and in the office.
