Controller Accounting Manager

Job Description Job Description This is a regular 40 hours per week position with 3 days on site in Needham MA. 100% paid benefits and very atractive 401K contribution plan. High quality boutique work environment The Accounting Manager/Controller will manage and oversee the daily accounting functions.

In addition, this person will assist the Treasurer with both routine and special operations and finance projects. RESPONSIBILITIES: Accounting, including maintenance of balance sheets, schedules and ledgers Monthly closes of the three entities Assistance with preparation for the annual external audits for the three entities Assistance with the preparation of quarterly financial information to be submitted to Audit and Investment Committees Assistance with accounting, finance, and operations projects Other finance and treasury related functions. QUALIFICATIONS: BS Accounting or Finance Significant hands on work experience Banking or Credit Union experience a plus Company Description Strong Non Profit Company Description Strong Non Profit
