Controller / Accountant

Job Description Job Description Orange County Real Estate Development Company / Property Management Company seeks an Accountant. Candidate must have the following qualifications:

Minimum of FIVE years experience with Real Estate Development / Residential / Property Management Field. Must have extensive experience in preparing financial statements. Expert knowledge of YARDI is a MUST . Post all month-end journal entries and closing.

Ability to review, analyze and prepare adjusting journal entries to the general ledger a plus. Must have excellent communication skills. Must have advanced computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.

Tax Code experience is helpful. Required Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in accounting or finance. Energetic, hard-working and bright.

Stable past employment history is required. Company is located in Laguna Hills. Candidate should live within 25 minutes of Laguna Hills.
