What You Will Be Doing

  • Development and maintenance of documentation to support Control and Monitoring Systems, including drawings, work scopes, specifications and functional descriptions, data maps and test documentation

  • Work with other internal and external engineering disciplines, customers and equipment vendors to provide an efficient and cost effective Control and Monitoring

  • System solution consistent with the objectives of the project

  • Perform bench testing, Factory Acceptance Testing and Site Acceptance Testing of Control and Monitoring Systems

  • Maintain existing Control and Monitoring Systems to assist in power station and associated system fault finding and continuous improvement

  • Maintain programs and their engineering records

  • Development and maintenance of PLC, HMI and IED programs using well documented clear and concise logic
    What You Need for this Position

  • 2+ years of CSE experience

  • Oil and gas experience

  • PLC Experience

VIEW JOBS 12/4/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-03-04T00:00 DESCRIPTION This position monitors the quality specifications of all refined product moving through a defined geographical zone within the Magellan system. Position is responsible for proactively and routinely facilitating Gas Liquids, Transmix and other blending operations objectives; investigating commercial revenue generating or cost saving opportunities; being actively involved in all projects with product quality ramifications; and auditing field operations adherence to quality control procedures through data mining and investigation. Specific responsibilities include: * Utilize Magellan data mining tools on a daily basis to perform analysis to carry out blending objectives, investigate commercial opportunities or audit adherence to procedures * Implement and facilitate GLO, Transmix and other blending margin management operating strategies and policies * Actively be involved in analyzing, making recommendations, creating procedures and training field operations on all quality related commercial projects * Mitigate all quality related incidents in the geographic zone * Provide product quality training and guidance to field operations * Understand refined products quality testing equipment and methods REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration, project management or related field * Two or more years of experience, preferably in pipeline operations or another capacity * The position requires availability for on-call and travel up to 25% This position will be filled at a level commensurate with the candidate's education and experience.
