Control And Reporting Manager, Global Business Services

The Control & Reporting Manager is responsible for maintaining a strong control framework and key reporting deliverables across the Global Business Services (GBS) organization. Success in this position will require a keen focus on global process controls, identifying and working collaboratively to anticipate potential control gaps and close any control gaps if identified. This position will also be responsible for all on-going reporting efforts related financial analysis, efficiency, and capacity planning needed to support the GBS organization.

In this role you will identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and related metrics that will be integral to tracking and making progress toward established goals (service levels, turnaround times, DSO, etc.). In this capacity, Control and Reporting Manager reports directly to the Head of GBS Strategy, working closely to support capacity plans and subsequent reporting that will enable process efficiencies.

The Control & Reporting Manager will develop and deliver to senior leadership key reports and be responsible for timely and accurate reporting.

What You Will Be Doing:

• You will identify transactional metrics, KPIs and develop related framework for monitoring and reporting dashboards

• You will deliver various weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting items, including timely and accurate KPI report

• You will frame reporting output and contribute to executive level communication.

• You will review process flows and enable & align business and SOX controls to the right teams

• You will define owners for each control

• You will monitor execution of established controls

• You will identify improvement opportunities and works with GBS broader Strategy team to prioritize and execute

• You will partner with internal audit on internal and external audits

• You will ensure segregation of duties and key controls steps are met across GBS processes

What You Need To Succeed:

• Direct experience with SOX controls, documentation and process governance

• Experience in shared services organizations or related service level business teams

• Understand service level requirements and key performance indicators (specific experience in this area within shared services is strongly preferred)

• Financial acumen

• Strong controls mindset with exposer to internal audit preferred
