We are seeking a Recruiter to join our firm as a contractor, with the opportunity to join the firm as an employee.

The successful candidate must be able to manage and prioritize searches against a timeline. The candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, have fun, and get the job done. The best candidate will draw on knowledge of talent acquisition, and a variety of functional areas in the high-tech, wireless, retail, and e-commerce industries.

This role provides the ability to work remotely several times a week. Our office is located in the Bellevue/Kirkland area.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the recruiting team to source a pipeline of candidates.

  • Build a network of potential candidates utilizing a variety of sourcing tools.

  • Conduct candidate screens, demonstrating business acumen and ability to anticipate candidate success rate.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3+ years of agency or consultant firm recruiting with an emphasis on sourcing and screening candidates.

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple searches, and identify strong potential candidates.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to effectively promote the Strong-Bridge Envision brand in the marketplace.

  • You are an independent, self-starter, who enjoys a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven internet search skills, specifically LinkedIn.

  • ATS experience tracking, and managing candidates.

  • MS Office - particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Ability to work permanently in the U.S. on a full-time basis.

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent.

VIEW JOBS 11/14/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-12T00:00 Job Description:<br /> The Contract Operations Analyst will review agreements to ensure that important contract terms are drafted and captured in the system accurately and that they reflect the true business vision of executive management.<br /> <br /> Proactively provide account status and reporting to business partners to drive shortened contract execution times and to confirm data is flowing downstream correctly. Support initiatives to increase data integrity that ensures accurate Business and Government customer billing. The Analyst will also process requests and perform troubleshooting activities to ensure downstream systems reflect the correct data.<br /> <br /> Support the Business, Government and IOT contract life cycle, which includes but is not limited to determining and gaining consensus regarding the appropriate contract type and associated negotiated items for the Business/Government/IOT account. The Analyst will maintain the contract database, draft contracts, request contracts from Legal, facilitate signatures, drive contract execution and monitor agreement status. The Analyst is responsible for monitoring shared mailboxes and responding to incoming requests within department SLA guidelines, meeting department quality goals and staying in compliance with SOX controls.<br /> <br /> Build relationships with key business partners in Sales, Legal, Dealer Financial Services, Business Care, Business Operations and Sales Operations in order to gain consensus on functional components and issues, with the goal to minimize potential risks to T-Mobile. Leverage partnerships to resolve contractual issues with Business, Government and IOT agreements.<br /> <br /> Creation and maintenance of process documentation, contract terms and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) list and process workflow as needed.
