Job Summary:

The Contracts/Inventory Control Specialist primary function is to maintain inventory of airport advertising displays within the portfolio of assigned airports. This is a vital role for coordination of efforts between sales and operations to facilitate client agreements for our airport advertising sales teams. Responsible for inventory accuracy, processing advertiser contracts, tracking and sales team reporting support.

Job Responsibilities

  • Sets up and maintain accurate inventory in assigned portfolio of airports

  • Facilitates map changes to ensure accuracy of available inventory locations for Sales and Operations using multiple proprietary systems

  • Enters advertiser sales contracts accurately in system. Provide guidance to AE's on proper paperwork required

  • Reviews daily contract invoice log to ensure advertiser contracts are invoiced correctly

  • Prepares audit packages for sales and operations for onsite market trips. Log and track completion of issues to ensure they are being addressed timely

  • Leads and conduct Inventory audits to ensure reporting accuracy - compare rate cards, display specifications, revenue analysis, maps, Quattro inventory, Black Box inventory, client by client and airport revenue reports

  • Compiles reporting for airports on individual airport market performance, as needed

  • Keeps airport contacts/information updated in the Black Box system

  • Organizes team meetings - recurring project and portfolio reviews and summits including agenda, meeting action items and notes

  • Maintains good relationships with team, airports, and advertising clients

  • Maintains appropriate standard of confidentiality

  • Performs other duties as assigned or requested

Job Requirements


  • 4-year college degree, BA/BS or equivalent; Business, Marketing, Finance, Advertising or related field preferred

Work Experience

  • 1-3 years' experience; Project Management or consulting preferred

  • Experience in Media sales or B2B sales process preferred


  • Able to compose emails and other written documentation clearly and concisely

  • Able to interpret a variety of situations and instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form

  • Ability to learn and use company system(s)

  • Proficient in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)

Plan and direct driver's assignments including checking them in, assigning their doors, and checking them out once the load is complete.
