Contracts Support Specialist

Ensuring Chart's Success…

The Chart Industries Legal Department is seeking a Contracts Support Specialist to assist with tracking and preparation of contracts, vendor/supplier forms, and vendor/supplier profiles. Chart Industries is a Multi- Billion Dollar publicly traded company headquartered in the Atlanta area.

What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

• Follows up and tracks agreements in document management systems.

• Uploads correspondence, and maintenance documents into document management system.

• Researches and/or routes issues to the Contract Manager for resolution.

• Answers inquiries from contract customers, including but not limited to completing vendor/supplier forms and profiles

• Assist with compliance matters, including implementing and maintaining corporate contract policies and internal contract procedures

Your Education Should Be…

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from 4-year college or university in a related field is preferred, in lieu of degree, candidates should have an additional 4 years of relevant experience.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects, relationships and competing priorities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with a desire to learn new systems

• Ability to work well with all levels of organization and with multiple business groups
