Core Job Responsibilities Conducting review, revision, and drafting of contracts for multiple services and goods related to operation of a regional healthcare system Overseeing and monitoring contract intake and workflows Communicating promptly with internal clients and external parties Maintaining physical and electronic contract management systems Assisting with management of a commercial real estate portfolio Supporting attorneys in a variety of matters Minimum Requirements Education:# Bachelor#s Degree or Paralegal Certification. Experience: Minimum of 5 years# experience in a legal, procurement, or other process driven environment with primary responsibilities related to contracting and contract management.# Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other standard business applications.# Must possess excellent writing and analytical skills as well as interpersonal skills.# A strong candidate will have significant and direct experience with contracting processes and be able to work in a fast-paced office setting without day-to-day supervision. The candidate must be proficient with legal drafting and contracting processes and have strong customer service skills.

####A successful candidate will also be able to work with internal business units

(e.g. Finance, IT, Procurement, etc.) to effectively facilitate the negotiation of contracts across a wide array of operational areas.# Please note that this role does not involve litigation management.#
