Role Summary

In support of this project, MPC is seeking a Contracts Specialist with at least 10 years of contract management experience to provide support to all areas as they relate to the federal acquisition lifecycle in support of Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Agency's (CISA) Cybersecurity Division (CSD). This role will support duties to include managing various contracts and proposals, negotiations and contract administration.

What You Will Be Doing

• Provide support for pre-award functions associated with awarding new contracts, task orders, agreements, re-competes and financial transfers, including procurement planning and assisting with contract or task order issues involving scope and compliance.

• Administer contract performance by analyzing performance requirements, modifications and negotiating contract terms and conditions

• Provide support and assist in preparing IT Acquisition Review (ITAR) checklists.

• Monitor contract budget, performance and compliance

• Provide support for contract execution activities such as reviewing, organizing, and tracking contract invoices and deliverables.

• Maintain a repository for non-disclosure Agreements (NDAs), teaming agreements (TAs), contracts and subcontracts

• Advise delivery teams of contractual rights and obligations

What We Need From You (Required)

• A minimum of 10 years of direct experience in federal contracting

• Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)

• Experience in the preparation, review and analysis of contractual documentation and instruments

• Communication and interface with government contracting office personnel regarding matters of contract administration.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
