The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Contracts Specialist is responsible for coordinating the contract process for professional and general services provided by external contractors. Contracts Specialist support the Manager of Contracts in responding to contract requests, drafting contract provisions, negotiating and executing contracts, and management of contract records.
This position has two (2) levels designed to provide progressively more responsible and independent work experiences. Progression between job levels is based on the demonstrated ability to successfully handle more progressively responsible assignments.
Associate's degree in Business or related field; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Two (2) years of contract administration experience.
Additional Qualifications for Contracts Specialist II:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Five (5) years of contract administration experience; OR demonstrated proficiency as a Contracts Specialist I at SCF.
