Contracts Principal (Ts/Sci Clearance Required)

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Contracts Principal to support a large, long-term military program in El Segundo, CA. This position requires a TS/SCI and the work is fully on-site.

TS/SCI REQUIRED

Responsibilities of the Contract Principal:

• Review contractual documents, ensure adherence to policies

• Advise management of contractual rights, obligations, terms and conditions

• Represent the organization as a prime contact

• Support complex contract efforts including negotiations, solutions, cost/price analysis

• Prepare proposals, task orders for FFP, CR, T&M, FFP, and more

Requirements for the Contracts Principal:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (MBA preferred)

• Active TS/SCI clearance

• 10+ years of experience in contracts administration

• Strong knowledge of policies, regulations, and laws including FAR, DFAR, etc.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Experience in risk management

• Strong writing and critical thinking skills

Compensation for the Contracts Principal:

• $150,000-$170,000 annual salary (depending on experience)
