Data analytics company has an immediate opening for highly skilled and paralegals and unlicensed JDs with contract experience. If you are a motivated self-starter and standout colleague with good computer skills and ability to multi-task, this may be the position for you.

How you will make an impact ? Searching through agreements, finding and tagging appropriate information, populating the spreadsheet, renaming the agreements, creating the agreement hierarchy, uploadting into appropriate folders. ? Reviewing contracts and tagging pertinent information. What we're looking for ? Paralegals with experience reviewing financial contracts. Attention to detail and accuracy, confidentiality ? Proficient in Microsoft word and excel ? Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset ? Unlicensed JDs will also be considered.

Responsibilities: * Oversee all state and local government contracts and subcontract regions, including apprising firm leadership of regulatory developments and their potential impact on business, and firm responses to contractual issues * Accountable for contract compliance through the administration and evaluation of policies, procedures, and operating practices * Ensure contract related documents are maintained accurately and in a timely basis in accordance with customer and firm requirements * Oversee contracts training requirements and ensures staff is properly trained to include use of contracts related information systems * Participate in account planning and pre-Award, Go-to-Market activities in support of Government contracts * Interface with firm-wide procurement to ensure contracts related procurements adhere to corporate policies Qualifications: * Minimum of twelve years leading regional state and local contracts and subcontracts experience; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university * Knowledge of Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) compliance, General Services Administration (GSA) Schedules requirements, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR) * Ability to resolve complex contractual issues and recommend business solutions to partners and engagement teams * Ability to travel up to fifty percent * U.S. citizenship required KPMG LLP (the U.S. member firm of KPMG International) offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
