Contracts Manager I

Everi is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager I to join our Las Vegas headquarters At Everi, we live our core values of fun, excellence, inclusion, integrity, and collaboration. Administer contracts throughout their life cycle, from drafting and negotiation through execution and document retention. Exercise discretion and independent judgment in managing all contracts executed by Everi and its subsidiaries. Distinguish between low and high-priority business objectives, prioritizing pending contracts accordingly.

Evaluate and maximize operational efficiencies in the contract process. Manage the approval process and routing per signature authority for each contract. Input ongoing contracts into the contract management system upon completion.

Maintain all contract files for sales and other Everi contracts. Prepare new sales contracts, amendments, and addendums based on established forms and escalate issues to Counsel as necessary. Draft and review non-standard clauses and changes to existing clauses, escalating to Counsel as needed.

Act as the liaison among legal, licensing, compliance, accounting, and sales departments. Support general contract needs, including obtaining and administering non-disclosure agreements. Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise Needed for the Job:

Bachelors Degree or a combination of education and equivalent work experience in a related field. 2 years of experience in contracts administration, preferably in the industry. Familiarity with contract language and experience with contract reporting and systems. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to learn and become proficient in new software applications. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
