Contracts Coordinator/Specialist

Position Summary:

Enanta is seeking a bright, highly motivated, curious, thorough and detailed oriented Contracts Coordinator/Specialist to join our team in support of various outsourced activities of the company. The Contracts Coordinator/Specialist will report to the Executive Director, Contracts Administration in the Legal Department and will be responsible for assisting the Legal/Contracts team with contracts and related responsibilities. The Contract Coordinator/Specialist will work with all members of the Legal team, employees across the company and with vendor contacts.

Primary Responsibilities:

Under the guidance of the Legal team, the Contracts Coordinator/Specialist will:

• Review, revise and finalize work orders and work with department templates to draft new agreements.

• Enter contracts accurately into contract management software.

• Work in collaboration with cross functional teams and external contract vendors to ensure timely processing of contracts.

• Assist on additional projects as needed to develop contracting skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

• 1+ year of demonstrated, relevant experience related to reviewing, drafting and executing contracts, ideally in a healthcare or research setting.

• Strong attention to detail in all aspects of the contracting process.

• Highly organized self-starter with ability to work efficiently with guidance.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

• Cooperative team member; accountable; lives up to commitments.

• Meets deadlines, demonstrates effective use of time, and handles multiple assignments simultaneously.

• Proficient skills in MS Suite applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and ready to learn new applications.
