Qualifications & Requirements:
JD degree and be a member in good standing of a U.S. state bar.
A minimum of three to five years with a law firm or prior in-house experience preferred.
Prior experience reviewing and negotiating contracts, with preference given to those who have experience reviewing and negotiating sourcing and procurement contracts.

Primary Responsibilities:
Provides legal support to organization's sales and supply chain team in review and negotiation of routine contracts.
Ensures contracts are completed in accordance with company policies, including limits of authority policies, legal requirements and client specifications and timing.
Works with various stakeholders to resolve issues, secures approvals, and ensures successful contract execution.
Analyzes contractual risks and provides advice to internal stakeholders.
Works collaboratively with other departments to develop company policies or make modifications and updates to current policies.
Maintains contract status tracking and documentation.

Salary:
$125,000-$150,000/yr
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
