As a Contracts Associate at Compass, you are responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our real estate agents' contracts with Compass. The Contracts Associate will work collaboratively across internal Compass teams (Legal, Strategic Growth, Operational Finance, and Enterprise Technology) to assist in the drafting and negotiation of contracts that are key to the agent lifecycle. You're part of a group of talented lawyers and non-lawyers and the projects you work on challenge you to think creatively and constructively. You are energetic and collaborative -- ready to partner in initiatives that influence all aspects of Compass's business and work with employees and agents across the company. Your contributions will be impactful, value driven, and you will play an instrumental role on the Compass Legal Team.

At Compass You Will:

  • Review and modify agent independent contractor agreements and related documents

  • Serve as primary point of contact and provide time-sensitive support to key stakeholders (e.g. the Strategic Growth and Contract Desk teams) throughout the entire contract lifecycle

  • Exercise judgment within defined procedures to determine appropriate action, including, but not limited to, identifying issues that require the input of other Legal Team members and taking steps to escalate these matters appropriately

  • Help with the development and implementation of processes for efficient and streamlined operations, including work flow between the Legal Team and other teams at Compass

  • Maintain and update the Legal Team's FAQs and other guides provided to stakeholders to ensure compliance with internal policies.

What We're Looking For

  • BA degree plus 1-3 years of experience in legal operations, contracts management and/or process management

  • Contract drafting and/or other transactional experience highly preferred

  • Excellent proofreading, organizational, and time-management skills

  • Proactive, problem-solving attitude and strong work ethic without regular supervision

  • Proven ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage competing priorities

  • Superior communication skills -- you have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with an acute ability to listen attentively and communicate effectively throughout all levels of the organization

  • Proficiency and high aptitude with computer skills, such as MS Office and GSuite; prior experience with Salesforce and SpringCM a plus!

The Senior Director combines the medical expertise and understanding of the patient's and physician's point of view for the Core Brands and provides medical leadership and US product strategy in support of pro-active product maintenance and product defense initiatives. The Senior Director is part of a cross-functional environment where colleagues always understand and exhibit customer-focused medical professionalism with honor and integrity. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES * Provides strategic medical oversight and leadership for overall (planned and adhoc) product maintenance and defense activities for the Global brands in US * Provides medical leadership on Cross-Functional Medical Evaluation Committee ensuring a comprehensive assessment of the potential impact of amendments in product labeling for the overall benefit /risk of the product * Provides medical leadership on Cross Pfizer BU HHA strategic initiatives as product expert * Provides medical input and assessment of critical medicines in collaboration with PMC for the medically necessary products project for US * Provides medical leadership on PBRER strategic oversight project as needed * Provides medical input and review for clinical overviews and clinical efficacy section in support of PBRERs, ACOs, PSURs, ARs, product renewals etc as needed * Evaluate Pfizer global supply (PGS) issues and provide medical assessment of health hazard in US patients * Partner with PGS, Communications and Medical Information on queries, press releases and letters involving supply interruption or out of stock situations for Global brands in US * Collaborate with medical information and serves as key point of contact with country/regional medical and regulatory colleagues * Support PBRCs and present assessment of clinical efficacy at PBRCs, BU-BRCs and E-BRCs * Provide subject matter expertise and strategic leadership on reformulation efforts, abbreviated and supplemental submissions (aNDAs, sNDa, MMAs, aMMAs) and rapid response teams to assure appropriate support for deliverables in US * Partner with the PERI LOE team on US product transfers and team deliverables * Provides medical input on regulatory, safety, legal, PCO and other internal product inquires in US * Provide subject matter expertise for product PLR conversions, RMP, REMS, Label harmonization, and external and internal audits in US as needed BASIC QUALIFICATIONS "Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact."
