Robert Half Legal is working with a Corporate Client in seeking a Contract Analyst for a long-term, 12+ month, temporary contract. Candidates should have a minimum of a Bachelor?s Degree, minimum of 2 years of experience with contracts. Responsibilities might include:

  • Aids in the preparation of contractual provisions and the administration of contract proposals.

  • Responsible for preparing bids and negotiating specifications and contractual provisions.

  • Identify risks ? in the software terms as well as support and legal terms

  • Going through, reviewing, redlining, providing recommendations, negotiation, appropriate business buy-offs, identifying risk for business partners, working through the appropriate channels to appease all parties.

  • Understand the product/service to appropriately craft legal terms and conditions

  • Understand pricing structures/impacts

  • Negotiate business deal

  • Understanding functionality of the product and deliverables and how they will benefit/impact the client

  • Actively marshalling business unit representatives to get feedback, buy-offs, minimum information needed to go forward

  • Creatively find ways to work through obstacles while maintaining compliance and integrity of company policy. This position is expected to begin as soon as the right candidate is found and will require 40 hours a week onsite at the client?s location in Columbus. Pay will be dependent on experience. The Attorney will be anoperational partner who is well-versed in advising and counseling clients oncomplex business and legal matters. Thisindividual will interface with business partners at all levels and acrossmultiple brands and functions, in primary support of international businessinitiatives. This role will reportdirectly to the Deputy General Counsel.
