The Contracts Analyst is responsible for managing revenue contracts for departments and services lines across UAMS. The Contracts Analyst provides financial review and oversight of assigned contracts including profitability, billing, collections, and provides various financial reports to department and service line management, leadership, and external organizations. Contracts Analyst builds and maintains relationships with department and services line administrators and staff to assist in overall management of revenue contracts. Contracts Analyst ensures accuracy and timely billing of revenue contracts and resolves collections of past due invoices.

Salary: Negotiable


  • Manage relationships with department and service line administrators and staff and UAMS customers to provide service and advice as needed related to revenue contracts.

  • Provide financial oversight, analysis and reporting related to contract profitability, billing, and collections to department and service line management, leadership, and external organizations.

  • Monitor and assist in the contract renewal process, working with departments and services lines to ensure renewals are timely and accurate.

  • Input, verify and maintain information in the contracts management system.

  • Process invoices in SAP miscellaneous billing and ensure invoices are timely, accurate and in accordance with the terms of the contract. Reconcile SAP data to Ntracts data.

  • Monitor and resolve collections of past due invoices.

  • Provide reports to management as scheduled or as needed and complete projects as requested.

  • Other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED plus 4 years of related experience OR Associate's plus 2 years of related experience OR a Bachelor's in related field.

  • Computer software (MicroSoft Office Suite-Excel).
