Job Summary:
As the Contract Administrator you are is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure effective Contract Management operations. This includes but is not limited to the onboarding subcontractors, drafting subcontracts, work orders and amending agreements, reviewing insurance certificates, and managing records and databases.

Essential Responsibilities:
Drafts and prepares subcontracts, NDA's, leases
Assists with implementation of overall LTS Contract Management System, with a focus on electronic record management
Drives continuous improvement in contract management process
Confirms required insurance and workers compensation coverage has been provided prior to work being performed and conducts periodic checks to maintain 100% compliance
Oversees Subcontractor onboarding process and coordinates any required HSE approvals
Assists with maintaining Subcontractor and client contract databases, including uploading final, fully executed documents
Receives, forwards and/or files related subcontract notifications, work orders, terminations
Trains LTS Project Managers on the Subcontractor onboarding process as it develops and changes
Creates reports showing current Subcontractor compliance status
Responds to requests for Subcontractor and client contract information
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 years of related work experience or combination of relevant education and experience within a dynamic, fast-paced organization
Working towards or has completed post-secondary education
Familiarity with contracts is an asset
Experience with continuous improvement is an asset (e.g. looking at processes and identifying areas for clarification, simplification, streamlining and related training)
Possesses strong computer skills including Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience working with Microsoft SharePoint is an asset
Maintain strict confidentiality of documents and information when necessary
Works independently after receiving direction, combined with strong communication skills to ask verbal and written questions when necessary
Fosters good business relationships to achieve team goals and objectives
