S3, Inc. has an immediate need for a Contracts Administrator IV to join the contracts and procurement team at our HQ in Research Park, Huntsville, AL.

There is a $5,000.00 hire-in bonus associated with the position.

Description:

The Contracts Administrator IV is a senior position in collaboration with designated departments when developing contract solutions (typically FFP, FPLOE, CPAF, CPFF, T&M, or LH) in response to governmental, federal prime, and commercial clients' time sensitive Requests for Quote, Requests for Pricing, or other contract related submissions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops prime and subcontract proposals compliant with DoD/Federal Agency requirements.

  • Utilizes contracting methods for all phases of the proposal process, from proposal strategy through negotiations to award execution.

  • Administers government contracts, Multiple Award IDIQ, GSA Schedules, BPAs, subcontracts and Task Orders.

  • Ensures that proposals and all deliverables (CDRLs) are submitted in accordance with company policies and government requirements.

  • Develops detailed contracts supporting Foreign Military Sales requirements.

  • Supports internal and external contract audits, as required by the company, government, and/or prime contractors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.

  • Juris Doctorate Degree in Business Law satisfies ten years of experience for this positon.

  • Ten or more years of government contract management experience reflecting increasing responsibilities; applicant can substitute ten years of Contracts Management experience with three years Contract Pricing experience plus four years Contracts Management experience

  • Three years of recent experience developing detailed DoD/Federal contracts and/or subcontracts exceeding $5 million in a single award value.

  • Experience over the last three years working in a federal services company with revenue exceeding $25 million per year.

  • Seven years of experience developing and managing government contracts, Multiple Award IDIQ, GSA Schedules, BPAs, subcontracts and Task Orders.

  • Three or more years of experience working with Deltek Costpoint.

  • Prefer some experience administering Foreign Military Sales contracts.

  • Must be flexible to work in the Huntsville, AL corporate offices, which may require performance beyond normal business hours.
