This position is responsible for quote requests for a depth of complex products with unique intricacies for the US Region. The analyst is expected to obtain product knowledge, system knowledge and asset analysis.

Proactively communicating and strategizing with MMS Dispensing Sales team on a daily basis to manage the creation of customer facing quotations.
Ensuring that the Tier I Quoting requests queue volume meets or exceeds department service and turnaround standards
Maintaining up-to-date and current knowledge of product offerings, applicable policies and procedures, and purchase acquisition/marketing programs
Provide pre-execution support for all Dispensing contract requests
Support field team in contract-related items and supporting analysis
Drive implementation of contracting and pricing strategies through day-to-day execution, as well as advising on potential new offers to meet market needs
Aim to protect Client interests (margin, risk, policy, etc.), escalating as needed to all levels of management cross-functionally
Drive contracts review/approval workflow process, ensuring appropriate process is in place and enforced, liaising with Business, Sales, Contracts Tier II or Legal as needed
Facilitate requests to management to offer non-standard pricing and/or offering
Coordinate post-deal activities and ensure smooth handover with post-deal team counterparts for implementation, depending on contract design

VIEW JOBS 10/22/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-01-20T00:00 Summary: The Contracts Administrator will assist with the pre-award and post-award contract and subcontract administration and is primarily responsible for routine contract / subcontract administration on commercial and DoD contracts including cost-reimbursable, time and materials and fixed price contracts. Will be responsible for subcontract proposal development in response to RFP/RFQ requirements in accordance with FAR / DFAR / UCC / CFR and VPSI company policies and procedures. Will interface with government customers / clients / subcontractors / vendors and reports directly to Assistant Contracts Manager and Contracts Manager. Primary Responsibilities: * Provides contract / subcontract management administration support to include funding obligations, and identifying flow down requirements including special contract requirements, SOW, DD 254, CDRLs * Monitors company performance for conformance to original proposal and contract requirements, provides continual review to ensure that all terms and conditions are met and that problems / risks are identified and communicated to management / resolved / mitigated in a timely manner. * Responds to inquiries regarding contract execution and modifications. * Acts as contract liaison between the company (internal stakeholders) and customers / vendors (external stakeholders), including participation in pre-contract discussions & negotiations, contract changes, resolving payment issues and contract close-out. * Prepares and responds to data calls, special reports and audit requests as required. * Provides Subcontract Administration support to include subcontractor compliance of subcontract agreement terms and conditions, pricing requests, funding, de-obligating, tracking subcontractor expenditures, and closeouts.
