Trideum Corporation has an opening for a Contracts Administrator II.
This is a full-time position, located in Huntsville, AL.
Duties: Business skills/experience needed in relation to administering Federal Government contracts varying in contract types and complexity.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide direct support to the Director of Contracts & Administration.
Participate in data calls for proposal support.
Responsible for reviewing pre-contract agreements, provisions, terms and conditions to ensure adherence to corporate guidelines and monitor for legal compliance.
Administer contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity to include FFP, T&M, CPFF, CPAF, CPIF, and IDIQ task orders.
Input contract information into Deltek Costpoint.
Monitors contract performance to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations.
Review and provide input to, as necessary, Program Manager's monthly reports before submission to customers.
Liaison between Trideum and subcontractors.
Review invoices against contract funding.
Performs other duties as assigned or required.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience can be substituted for degree.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Federal Government contract experience.
Working knowledge of the FAR and DFAR is required.
Knowledge of Deltek Costpoint required.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced federal contractor environment; prioritize multiple tasks with competing priorities; communicate in a professional manner with Trideum Program Managers and customers.
Superb organizational, and communication skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, to ensure customer requirements are relayed to appropriate departments in a timely manner.
Strong problem solving, deadline-oriented, process improvement,, and coordination skills.
Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Proficient in SharePoint Security Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Job Details: Job Summary: Perform coordination and management of Uniquely Identified Items (UII) to include the printing, tracking and allocation of, where used, and traceability of delivery on a system level basis. This position also includes the input of UID information to include the parent/child relationships and contract information in the DoD A2B Tracker database and the WAWF interface. Research and resolution of any inputting issues withing the database. This will be this positions responsibility to assist in the customer acceptance process to ensure all documents are accurate pertaining to serialized equipment and UID records prior to delivery. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Support the development of UID plans and implementation of plans for internal use and CDRL deliverables l l Maintain A2B UID Database l Track UID managed items from production through delivery Support joint product acceptance with customer representatives to ensure accuracy of serialization and UID related documents l l Coordinate UID tracking records to include parent/child relationships w/ operations l Provide support to Contracts and Billing for WAWF submission to include UID l Track order delivery and billing/payment of open orders l Document and provide continuous improvement ideas and methodology to the UID process l Miscellaneous contract office duties to include filing, general support Minimum Job Requirements: Two-year degree in related field or equivalent. UID/WAWF/A2B expereince a plus. Familiar with word processing, spreadsheet programs and database (i.e MS Word, Excel, Access). Familiar with A2B Database, Wide area Workflow; communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form. Familiar with International Organization for Standardization (ISO) requirements. Interface with multiple departments and customers. Able to prioritize, complete multiple tasks and work under deadlines. Ability to problem solve and maker decisions, Must have good organizational skills and the ability to keep detailed records of work in a database or spreadsheet.
