JOB SUMMARY

Contracts Administrator IIs support CSI Groups by preparing and maintaining contracts during all stages of the contract life cycle. They work closely with the Revenue team, assisting with creating moderately complex new/retention contracts, amendments, statements of work, proposals, and any other legal document requirements. Responsible for execution of contract processes that may include contract processing, CRM data entry and verification, policy and procedure administration, contract and supplemental template administration and other administrative duties as requested.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepares contracts for cross sale, amendments, new or renewal of sales of software or services, verifies necessary approvals for contract specifications.

  • Follows contract best practices procedures for creating contracts and sends out contract for client signature.

  • Creates new or updates existing contract records in CRM database; research current contracts for Level 2‐type special projects (e.g., research requires critical thinking skills, pulling data from multiple sources, etc.)

  • Prepares customer letters and letters validating contract information regarding renewals, conversions, and deconversions.

  • Responds to inquiries from the revenue teams regarding contract process questions.

  • Creates and modifies department procedures.

  • Assists with contract template management.

  • Assists with contract and supplemental template periodic review and works with product management to facilitate template updates.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

PRIMARY RESULTS ACCOUNTABLE FOR ACHIEVING

  • Finalized contracts are created and sent out to the client for signature via Adobe Sign. Quality assurance of contracts is completed.

  • Completes contract related records within CRM application or other internal tracking tools.

  • Ensures all contract-related issues are handled and completed.

  • Responsible for maintaining all contract requests and contract revision requests that are submitted daily.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education & Certifications:

Education or job knowledge is equivalent to college or university undergraduate education.

Experience:

The minimum amount of relevant work experience performing contract‐related activities required to successfully perform the job is at least three (3) years.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED

General Supervision. Assignments are both task‐oriented and objective‐oriented. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgement and overall adequacy and accuracy.
