The Contract Administrator works closely with the Legal, Development and IT Departments to manage contracts and the contracting process and ensure timely and accurate data capture, entry and reporting related to vendor agreements and franchise transactions.
Responsibilities:
Draft and work with business and legal partners to finalize nondisclosure agreements and security and data protection addendums
Create the record and manage lifecycle of vendor and franchisee agreements in contract management system
Draft system-wide franchise contracts for a large volume of franchisees and coordinate execution
Review contracts and enter contract summaries into Conga or Salesforce
Run regular reports from Salesforce and answer or elevate for action ad hoc inquiries
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Familiarity with working on contacts and contracting process
Familiarity with document review and a transaction workflow and data capture system desired
Familiarity with Salesforce required
Familiarity with Conga helpful but not required
Sense of project ownership and accountability desired
Team player that enjoys working with and supporting cross functional teams desired
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to adapt to evolving priorities
Strong oral and written communication skills
Hourly Rate starting at $34/hr
