Reports To: Director of ContractsDepartment: ContractsEssential ResponsibilitiesThe Contracts Administrator is responsible for reviewing bids and contracts concerning scope of work, initiating and orchestrating contract-to-production life cycle, implementing complaint process reporting, writing proposals, and assisting in contract administration.Specific Responsibilities

• Review bids and contracts
• Provide administrative support
• Negotiate and execute contracts
• Work with different levels of personnel within an organization to analyze and solidify an overall contract strategy
• Coordinate actions with procurement and production teams
• Report status of current contract processes to management
• Resolve existing contract conflicts
• Unforeseen work processing
• Invoicing
• Maintain physical and digital contract files
• Analyze potential risks that contract changes may pose to the organization
• Customer communication

Required Qualifications

• Contracts experience

• Attention to detail
• Excellent reading and language comprehension
• Exceptional communication and business writing skills, both technical and non-technical
• Advanced computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office programs such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Access

Must be able to:

• Sit for prolonged periods of time
• Occasionally carry, lift, pull, and push up to 25 pounds of dead weight
• Sit, stand, stoop, kneel, squat, crouch, or crawl
