Job Title: Contracts Administrator

Looking for administrative support to help drive, track, and report on Client's Engine Systems military contract close-out activities and perform other assigned Contract Administration duties. Position entails the following:

  • Verify with Gov't Finance that financial headers & associated Interdivisional Work Authorizations (IDWA's) & Purchase Orders (PO's) are ready for close-out & identify any Costs in Excess (CIE) of funding issue

  • Prepare Close-out checklists.

  • Research Header IDWA & PO values - funding v invoiced in SAP AOPB module.

  • Prepare Contract close-out memos and submit to key functional groups (Program, Supply Chain, Property, Data Management, etc.) & drive close-out memo responses from functional groups.

  • Address any close-out questions from above with support from the cognizant Contract Admin/Manager

  • Coordinate with Finance and Gov't Finance on resolution & disposition of CIE issues..

  • Track and report progress on PWES military contracts close-outs during weekly close-out meetings. This includes generation of reports from SAP and data validation against reports from Collins Government Billing & Finance.

  • Support ad hoc queries related to IDWA/PO close-out activity.

  • Be responsible to complete other contract admin tasks and duties assigned by the lead Contracts Manager.

Candidate must possess good written and verbal communication skills, be resourceful, and have proficiency in Office 365, particularly Excel. Undergraduate degree in business is preferred.

All leased labor are subject to a 10 panel drug test. The FAA Drug & Alcohol program is a special program requiring an additional 5-panel drug screen with training prior to starting their assignment
