Are you an Agency Recruiter interested in Corporate Recruiting? Dahl Consulting is currently partnering with a leading Manufacturing company who is looking for a Recruiter to join their team.

Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for developing and executing recruiting plans, candidate relationship management, building a pipeline of potential candidates, sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing, and hiring qualified talent, internal and external, for current and future requisitions. Agency Recruiting preferred

Major Areas of Accountability:

1.Proactively research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting, and develop a pool of qualified candidates, in advance of need, by building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates.

2.Source and recruit candidates for current and future requisitions via various methods, including but not limited to: social media, professional networking associations and events, industry contacts, job boards, job fairs, employee/manager referrals, alumni/former employees, external career website.

3.Review resumes, evaluate candidates' qualifications and conduct initial phone screens. Inform candidates of the job responsibilities, compensation and benefits programs, work schedule and career advancement opportunities. Present pre-qualified candidates for consideration, follow-up in a timely manner with Hiring Managers and candidates.

4.Build rapport with hiring managers and gain an understanding of their business and their team dynamics.

5.Partner with Hiring Manager to gather requirements for open positions, complete the consultation worksheet to ensure accuracy of hiring needs, help educate Hiring Manager on current legislation and enforce regulatory requirements, if necessary.

6.Work with Employment Coordinator to schedule candidates for phone screens and face-to-face interviews.

7.Conduct meetings with the Hiring Managers, HR Manager/HR Generalist and interview team to gather interview feedback.

8.Partner with HR Manager/HR Generalists & Compensation on offer details, verbally extend offer and conduct reference checks on selected candidates.

9.Attend professional networking events, university/college recruiting events, open houses and job fairs.

College degree plus 5 years experience.
Or high school diploma and 13 years recruiting experience
Requires judgment in solving problems & making routine recommendations.

Requires general knowledge of company procedures & product line.
Strong interpersonal, and communication skills, including over the phone.
Proven ability to successfully interview and assess candidates.
Experience with Candidate relationship management.
Knowledge and understanding of employment laws and regulations, and support of diversity efforts.
Requires limited supervision.
May work on up to 15 requisitions at one time.

In addition to Talent Acquisition support, you will be part of a collaborative team who are viewed as experts in facilitating operational processes by recruiters, hiring managers and other internal stakeholders. Responsibilities * Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to provide operational and administrative support for the recruitment and selection for select exempt/non-exempt positions across the organization. * Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers and team members in a positive and proactive manner utilizing a consultative, influential and process-oriented approach. * Facilitate various processes including in-office interview scheduling, offer letter generation, career fair support, and coordinate travel and facilitating communication with candidates following interviews. * Administer background check and I-9 process for new hires ensuring timely, accurate and thorough communication and follow through. * Work in an agile framework to execute and improve upon current processes and regularly document and communicate changes, edits and revisions. * Provide ATS (applicant tracking system) system support, troubleshooting, and testing. * Monitor, review and respond to network inquiries regarding Talent Acquisition processes * Participates in projects that impact stakeholders and Talent Acquisition Operations team * Execute audit processes that pertain to Talent Acquisition processes. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree preferred * Minimum of 2 years professional experience in an HR operations, HR coordination, HR Technology, recruiting or related function required * Strong problem solving skills with the ability to influence and provide clear feedback and suggestions * Effective time management, organization and prioritization skills * Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences * Thrives in an ever-changing environment, ability to be a strong change agent with multiple internal stakeholders (recruiters, hiring managers, team members) * Ability to build and maintain strong relationships; collaborative and values being an effective contributor to TA Coordinator team * Excellent customer service skills * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite * Experience with Cornerstone Applicant Tracking System, Workday or Service Now preferred Benefits We are proud to offer a top-tier benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, prescription drug coverage, paid parental leave, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO), 401K with company match, employee stock purchase plan, as well as a broad range of career development opportunities.
