Project Manager ResourceRequirements:Duration is 6-12 Months Onsite, Remote is not an option1. Experience5-7 years of experience in project management or related roles, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.2.

Preferred background in Clinical 3. Skills1. Project Planning and Scheduling2.

Proficiency in creating project plans, timelines, and work breakdown structures.3.

Risk Management: Ability to identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks.4. Stakeholder Management:

Strong skills in identifying and managing stakeholder expectations and communications.5. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges and obstacles.6.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders.7. Project Management Methodologies: In-depth understanding of various project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, and Lean. 4.

Technical Proficiencya. Project Management Software: Proficiency in using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRAb.

Microsoft Office Suite: Advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.c. Reporting Tools:

Experience in using reporting and analytics tools to monitor project performance. 5. Soft Skills1. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments.2.

Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of project management.3. Time Management:

Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.4. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and work effectively with diverse teams.

Nice to have :1. Project Management Certification such as PMP (1.) To oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to coding standards , implementation of best practices and perform Value creation and KM activities. (2.) To ensure process improvement and compliance, and participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documents. (3.) To create project plans and keep track of schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards. (4.) To work closely with the development team, On-site Engineers to understand technical requirements and work with them to address and resolve technical issues. (5.) Identify and flag potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality, develop mitigation strategies or contingency plans to address risks and provide regular project updates to key stakeholders.
