  • Strong knowledge of Retail functions( Merchandising, Supply chain distribution, Pricing, stores Operations, marketing etc), process flows, systems and procedures which aids analysis and recommendations for solution offerings
  • Skilled and experience in Business Strategy formulation, IT Digital strategy & roadmap Omni channel strategy, Customer experience design, Merchandise and assortment planning, Category management, sourcing strategy, demand supply planning, vendor management supplier & procurement life cycle management, order management, Marketing Product pricing strategy, Marketing plans, Customer analytics, Brand management, - Practical experience in capturing client requirements, mapping processes, conducting hypotheses-based analysis, creating business cases, evaluating, and presenting solutions- Wide knowledge in story authoring, requirements elicitation, specification, and refinement and conversant with agile processes and be able to actively contribute to the sprint ceremonies.-

  • A broad, enterprise-wide view of the business and varying degrees of appreciation for strategy, processes, and capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance

  • Ability to assimilate and correlate disconnected documentation and process flows, and articulate their collective relevance to the organization

VIEW JOBS 9/26/2022 12:00:00 AM 2022-12-25T00:00 <p>Provide logistics, operations and sustainment management support services to PMS 408, including but not limited to supporting development of logistics management plans and analyses that address each of the Twelve (12) Logistics Elements. Associated tasks include the following:</p><ul><li>Assist in planning, developing, and implementing a phased approach to logistics support.</li><li>Assist the Government in generating and revising logistics plans, analyses, and supporting documentation.</li><li>Provide expertise and support to Government decision makers in the review of logistics policy and procedures.</li><li>Participate in the preparation, analysis and review of acquisition logistics documents, plans and studies (e.g. Acquisition Logistic Support Plans (ALSPs); Life Cycle Supportability Plans (LCSP); Program Life Cycle Cost Estimates (PLCCEs) and associated documents; Configuration Management (CM) Plans; Logistic Management Information (LMI); Equipment Facility Requirements Plans; Operation & Maintenance Manuals; supply support financial planning (Program Support Data); and Performance Based Logistics (PBL)/Business Case Analyses (BCA) studies).</li><li>Integrate all program logistics decisions and/or milestones into the program master schedule.</li><li>Coordinate with Technical Design Activities (TDAs), hardware vendors, and Program Office logisticians and engineers.</li><li>Assist in preparing for, facilitate and participating as a non-voting member in, significant logistics events including but not limited to ILAs, In-Process Reviews (IPRs) for training curricula and technical manuals, NTSP conferences, Configuration Control Boards (CCBs), Provisioning Conferences, and ILS Management Team (ILSMT) meetings and working groups.</li><li>Coordinate support between the Program Offices and the In-Service Engineering Agents (ISEAs). Recommend measures to improve system performance.</li><li>Provide analyses and administration of parts support, initiation, data input and maintenance of allowance documents, and the Navy Program Support Database (PSD), provide analyses of PSD requirements and input data into the NAVY PSD System.</li><li>Provide logistics resource planning, analyses, assistance, and support to develop and maintain the Logistics Funding Requirements Summary (LFRS).</li><li>Assist tracking inventories of Sponsor Owned Materials (SOMs) and Government Owned Materials (GOMs) to include cognizant Sponsor/Government entity, type of equipment/material, quantities, storage location, and utilization history.</li><li>Provide direct on-site or temporary team support to fleet or operational activities.</li><li>Organize, facilitate and host program meetings, reviews, and conferences at contractor and government sites while participating as a non-voting member.</li><li>Assist in planning, coordinating and providing analysis to Operations, Maintenance, and Supply (OM&S) and Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Cost (RAM-C) quarterly reports and meetings (i.e. to sending out data calls, collecting and compiling data, coordinating the meetings, developing meeting minutes, and tracking actionable items).</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>At least six (6) years of direct support to the United States military or Department of Defense.</li><li>At least Five (5) years of work experience in logistics management.</li><li>Possess the ability to draft, review and adjudicate logistics and acquisition related documentation.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of Navy, NAVSEA and supported command logistical concepts (supply, maintenance, financial systems, policies, procedures, and regulations).</li><li>Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.</li><li>Undergraduate degree (BA/BS) is desired.</li><li>Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Life Cycle Logistics Level II (or equivalent) is desired.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills and Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Possess the ability to draft, review and adjudicate logistics and acquisition related documentation.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of Navy, NAVSEA and supported command logistical concepts (supply, maintenance, financial systems, policies, procedures, and regulations).</li><li>Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.</li><li>Undergraduate degree (BA/BS) is desired.</li><li>Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Life Cycle Logistics Level II (or equivalent) is desired.</li></ul><p><strong>Clearance:</strong> DoD SECRET eligibility</p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>medical, dental, vision, life, LTD, STD, holidays, PTO, 401(k) with company match</p><p><strong><i>FirstDiv</i></strong><strong><i> is an equal opportunity employer.
