Onshore - 6+ years, years of Quality Assurance industry experience with significant experience leading multiple software development testing efforts Responsibilities Participate in an Agile environment - planning, standups, refinement, demos, retros Developing automated build and integration tests for Web Applications with REST backend services Provides training and technical assistance to members of the automation team Provide test progress report with metrics to project stakeholders Skills Proficiency with web/rest services automation testing tools Comprehensive knowledge of testing methodologies and application debugging from a technical and business perspective. Agile Testing Experience in an agile development environment with experience writing acceptance criteria for user stories. Thorough, logical approach with meticulous attention to detail Understanding of CI/CD development environments Collaborative and enthusiastic about the role of testing (1.) To participate in functional as well as technical discussions with the client and team. (2.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations. (3.) To create work plans, monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards. (4.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.

It starts with recruitment. It starts with you. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be responsible for the full cycle recruitment of non-exempt and exempt home office and store positions. As a trusted partner and resource, you'll work cross functionally with the Human Resources team, hiring managers, and leaders across the organization. Together, you'll contribute to an inclusive and meaningful recruitment and onboarding experience that provides talent with equitable access to career opportunities at World Market.</p><ul><li><p>Work in a fast- paced, dynamic environment by effectively manage time and effort across sourcing, recruitment strategies, timelines and deliverables.</p></li><li><p>Influence up and train cross-functional stakeholders within the recruiting process.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with hiring managers and be a trusted resource from the initial intake to the new hire's first day of work.</p></li><li><p>Document job descriptions, search requirements, candidate screens and feedback for job openings.</p></li><li><p>Manage and post home office and store field job postings on various job boards.</p></li><li><p>Drive and manage hiring process including posting, sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing, tracking, providing applicant feedback, reference checking, salary negotiation, extending offers, onboarding, and conducting orientation.</p></li><li><p>Manage the temporary associate and contractor onboarding and offboarding processes by obtaining request forms and approval from department leaders and accurately tracking start and end dates.</p></li><li><p>Oversee and manage agency relationships, while managing temporary requisitions through the recruiting process.</p></li><li><p>Implement and execute recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and build an on-going, healthy and equitable pipeline of qualified and diverse talent.</p></li><li><p>Research and gain an in depth understanding of home office departments and develop hiring strategies for these areas.</p></li><li><p>Identify, track and evaluate recruitment metrics and results to assess effectiveness, while identifying wins and opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Participate in the development of recruiting collateral for the office and field.</p></li><li><p>Participate in recruiting events such as job fairs and on-campus recruiting.</p></li><li><p>Assist with the internship program from recruiting, onboarding and coordination.
