Job Description (Posting).

Onshore - 6+ years, years of Quality Assurance industry experience with significant experience leading multiple software development testing efforts Responsibilities Participate in an Agile environment - planning, standups, refinement, demos, retros Developing automated build and integration tests for Web Applications with REST backend services Provides training and technical assistance to members of the automation team Provide test progress report with metrics to project stakeholders Skills Proficiency with web/rest services automation testing tools Comprehensive knowledge of testing methodologies and application debugging from a technical and business perspective. Agile Testing Experience in an agile development environment with experience writing acceptance criteria for user stories. Thorough, logical approach with meticulous attention to detail Understanding of CI/CD development environments Collaborative and enthusiastic about the role of testing (1.) To participate in functional as well as technical discussions with the client and team. (2.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations. (3.) To create work plans, monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards. (4.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
