We are looking for a/an TEMPORARY DATA ENTRY CLERK to assist our team in COLORADO SPRINGS, CO. This is a short-term 60-90 day project.

What You'll Do
Data entry moving corporate legal contract files to new database
Use Adobe Acrobat Pro to convert scanned documents
Ensuring legal records and department work product are effectively organized
Software contract management and document tracking
What You Should Have
2+ years data entry or administrative experience
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Intermediate to advanced computer skills
Excellent proofreading skills with strong attention to detail
Competency in organization and multitasking
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to work professionally and confidentially with a variety of personalities from all levels of an organization
Able to work in Colorado Springs office
Nice to Have
Intermediate experience using Adobe Acrobat Pro to convert scanned documents
Document management experience
Experience with Ironclad Contract Management Software
