Contracting Associate - Remote

We are currently seeking to add a Contracting Associate to our growing team, located in Midvale, UT. This position will be located in office, but will have availability to work from home every Friday.

What you will do:

• Receive and process new agent producer set-up, into the NFG and SureLC systems. Notify departments of new agents, and reach out to new agents with welcome email, when applicable.

• Process contracting paperwork for carriers, as requested or required. Determine when contracting process is appropriate: Just-In-Time and Pre-Appointment requirements. Interface closely with the New Business teams to facilitate contracting as required.

• Maintain User Profiles and Appointment Details in Broker Back Office, for management of contracting processes. Follow-up appropriately on processes, while utilizing an understanding of appropriate timeframes.

• Communicate professionally and provide customer service, via phone and email with agents, agencies, and carriers, clients, and other departments and offices at NFG.

What you need to have:

• 2+ years relevant experience in the Financial Industry

• Analytical skills, ability to research and resolve complex issues

• Prior experience working in a professional office environment helpful

Compensation:

The base hourly range for this role is $18.00 to $21.00, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
