This role will primarily focus on drafting and redlining corporate contracts, with an emphasis on agreements related to goods and services. This is a hybrid position located in Arlington, VA, requiring a mix of remote and in-office work. Key Responsibilities:

Draft and review corporate contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Conduct redlining and negotiate terms related to goods and services agreements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on contract terms.

Identify potential risks and provide recommendations for contract modifications. Maintain accurate records of contract drafts and amendments. Additional focus on SaaS agreements is a plus, though not required.

Requirements: Proven experience in contract drafting and redlining, with a focus on goods and services agreements. Strong understanding of corporate contracts. Familiarity with SaaS agreements is a plus.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
