Judge Healthcare is currently seeking a Contract Specialist II for one of our best healthcare clients. Please send your resume to Emily at .

This job will have the following responsibilities:

  • Responsible for initiating, preparing and/or revising master group and ASO contract documents.

  • Researches group benefits and rating history and makes recommendations.

  • Analyzes complex specifications and ensures that plan features are included.

  • Maintains automated tracking system.

  • Creates boilerplate documents and determines and inserts optional paragraphs or benefit options for manuals containing policy from approved language.

  • Performs basic research to determine the legal names of group, type of benefit, and rating mechanism required, as well as the status of the group at time of request.

  • Maintains automated status logs and prepares monthly and periodic reports.

  • Maintains related contract files and sets up group for future contract documents.

  • Responds to plan personnel or groups regarding status of documents.

  • Answers questions about contracts and amendments.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Requires a high school diploma; 3 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Performs or delegates tasks as required to execute and fully complete assigned projects including: hardware design, system programming, installation coordination, system and network commissioning and project closeout. Following standardized project management procedures, you will determine optimum resource levels needed to meet schedule milestones and monitor workforce levels. You will have your hand on the project pulse at all times, ensuring that all scope changes are quickly and properly documented and that change orders are approved prior to performance of work. You will be responsible for implementing site safety and security procedures and will play an active role in developing the safety program. What we look for Required Qualifications * University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3 years minimum experience. Preferred Skills/Education/Experience * Bachelor's in a technical field. * 4-6 years field experience in the HVAC industry. * Experience with basic project accounting or costing principles. * Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills; must be able to communicate technical material to a non-technical audience. * Strong computer skills in a Microsoft Office environment.
