D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Contract Signer for their Financial Services Title Department. The right candidate will meet and greet homebuyers during closing for signature and notary process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review all closing documents to ensure all closing documents are signed and notarized correctly

  • Prepare a copy of all the closing documents for the homebuyers to keep as their records

  • Give the homebuyers a warranty booklet

  • Issue the keys to the homebuyer once they have been approved by the Escrow Officer

Education and/or Experience

One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

VIEW JOBS 4/19/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-07-18T00:00 Northrop Grumman Airborne C4ISR Division is seeking a Principal Contracts Administrator or Sr. Principal Contract Administrator (CA) to join our team of qualified diverse individuals in supporting the Secure Network Operations (SNO) Operating Unit's programs which are vital to national security. This position is located in Orlando, Florida. The CA will be a direct report to an Operating Unit (OU) Contracts Manager and will work closely with program managers, business managers, supply chain, proposal managers, and proposal teams throughout the Operating Unit. Roles and Responsibilities: Administers, extends, negotiates and terminates standard and nonstandard contracts. Conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. Examines estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness. Prepares bids; processes specifications, progress, and other reports; advises management of contractual rights and obligations; compiles and analyzes data; and maintains historical information. Basic Qualifications: Principal Contract Administrator: A Bachelor's degree with 6 years of related experience or a Master's degree with 4 years of related experience. Sr. Principal Contract Administrator: A Bachelor's degree with 10 years of related experience or a Master's degree with 8 years of relate experience. Complete understanding and application of US Government Contracting and Acquisition principles, concepts, practices, and standards. Full knowledge of FAR and DFARs. Independently demonstrates the skill and ability to perform fairly complex professional tasks. An active interim secret clearance is required for consideration.
