Duties: The Job You will work alongside a team of seasoned recruiters to identify passive candidates for a specific job, job family or future opportunities. The Day-to-Day

  • Proactively identify passive candidates by utilizing multiple strategies including: online databases, online research tools, social media, job boards, contact lists, and employee referrals, as well as through networking and cold calling.

  • Generate candidates through extensive name generation research, relationship building, complex internet searches, existing talent pool database scrubbing, and research

  • Work directly with hiring managers to understand pipeline needs and partner to build the appropriate experience to execute on it such as hosted networking events/meet-ups.

  • Provide feedback to recruiters on the recruitment market place that helps keep managers informed about realistic expectations. Attend meetings with recruiters when necessary to gain a better understanding of required talent pool. The Essentials

  • 3+ year's experience in recruiting and/or sourcing or relevant professional in a related research field

  • Strong research skills including curiosity and problem solving.

  • Knowledge of current sourcing techniques preferred.

  • Ability to engage passive candidates via multiple communication techniques to network and generate referrals and additional leads.

  • Ability to engage with recruiters and hiring managers - listen to needs and consult around candidate availability and expectations.

  • Ability to generate a high volume/high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines.

  • Exceptional planning, time management, communication, organization and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities: * Provide high quality professional day-to-day execution of software licensing engagements in addition to other types of third party reviews * Analyze, summarize and conduct research on complex license agreements to understand software licensing as well as and identify contract issues * Draft reports for management review and document review results in work papers * Prepare testing plan and lead testing sessions with customers IT Administrators * Demonstrate commitment for quality and should be flexible to work for extended hours to complete high priority deliverables * Accountable for the quality of deliverable and take feedback constructively to provide better client services experience Qualifications: * Three years of experience in software licensing, software asset management, software assurance, or software audit and two years of advisory experience in solution design, implementation or support along with experience in system administration, database administration and software licensing * Two years of advisory experience in solution design, implementation or support along with experience in system administration, database administration and software licensing * Ability to understand various software deployment scenarios within a customers environment and co-relate it to the software licensing contracts * Ability to fully understand the structure of a virtualized environment. Familiar with the concept of ESX virtualization, LPAR/HMC and Zoning * Ability to use operating system commands to extract processor, memory and application configurations across different operating system and ability to analyze, summarize and review large and non-standard data sets using Excel/Access/SQL Server and use advanced data analysis techniques like use of arrays, tables, conditional formatting and macros for efficient data analysis.
