The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Contract Recruiter. The Contract Recruiter will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet our organization's staffing needs. This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers.

What You'll Do

Candidate Sourcing and Outreach:

• Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify potential candidates.

• Conduct initial outreach to prospective candidates and communicate the value proposition of joining our organization.

Screening and Assessment:

• Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications.

• Conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences.

• Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and collaborate on the selection process.

Administrative Support:

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.

Employer Branding:

• Assist in promoting the organization as an employer of choice.

• Contribute to the development of recruitment marketing materials.

What We Seek

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, related field - or relative work experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is a plus

• Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is preferred
