Position Summary & Responsibilities:
Position Summary:
This Contract & Operations Specialist position is in Topeka, at the Eisenhower State Office Building. This position manages and coordinates the development of the Kansas Infrastructure Hub Office (HUB) products/projects by providing oversight of consultant activities utilizing direction provided by the Executive Director.
Job Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
Reviewing and processing requests made by the consultant in coordination with the Executive Director, Program Delivery Specialist, and others (Subcabinet and/or Advisory Group).
Ensures work performed is in compliance and develops and establishes standards to evaluate contractor effectiveness and develops course of action as necessary.
Serves as a liaison between the Hub and stakeholders to facilitate timely delivery of products, services, and programs.
Provides support as needed for Subcabinet, Advisory Group, stakeholders, and other engagement activities that support program, products, and service delivery of the Hub.
Oversees the implementation of, development, implementation, review, and refining of the consultant performance management plan (PMP).
Provide fiscal management of the Hub Office by providing oversight/management of payments to the consultant in a timely and compliant manner.

Minimum Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with ability to learn new or updated software.
Ability to organize and prioritize.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
