POSITION SUMMARY

Agency liaison for all carrier contracting departments, working to resolve the most complex contracting issues. Provides advanced contracting training in partnership with sales team during the agency onboarding process. Lead subject matter expert of contracting questions for all lines of business.

This is a telework position and you can live anywhere in the country.

Fundamental Components:

Works as the liaison between the agency and the carrier to resolve complex contracting issues, obtain updated contracting information, and obtain contract status updates.

Provides contracts and contracting guidance to internal and external partners communicating thoroughly each step of the contracting requirements and processes for each carrier partner.

Develops, implements, and conducts contract training to educate internal staff and external partners on contracting process and procedures for the agency as well as the carrier and updates trainings as necessary.

Serves as contracting point of contact for all LMO and GMO agencies contracted within CareFree's hierarchy.

Applies well-developed and effective planning techniques in managing the day-to-day operations and balancing priorities.

Monitors and identifies trends within the market to present to management in regards to internal and external contract management.

Analyzes CRM Agency and Agent data for accuracy and provides an error report and relays trends to management.

Analyzes carrier reporting for contracting trends with agencies to identify training needs and partners with sales lead to scheduled trainings as necessary.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

Self-starter accustomed to working independently in high paced and creative environment.

Proven experience developing training documents and executing oral training presentations to large groups.

Able to communicate effectively to senior management and business partners in a formal and structured written and oral format.

Working knowledge of agent/agency insurance contracting processes.

Contract interpretation skills; ability to assess administrative and constituent impact.

Ability to explain contract policy parameters in terms external partners can understand.

Ability to interact effectively with all levels within and across organizational lines.

In-depth knowledge of senior products and agent contracting.

Must be well organized.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
