Contract Massage Therapist

Part time or full time

We are looking for a compassionate massage therapist with experience in medical massage to join our Healthlink Fitness & Wellness Center.

The Massage Therapist provides massage services to members and guests. Assists in revising massage schedules.

Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.

Education

Minimum: High School graduate or GED equivalent. Graduate of accredited school of Massage Therapy

Experience

Minimum: 1 year related experience as massage therapist. Experience in customer services

Required Certifications/Licensure

Minimum: National/State license required through the National Certification Board for therapeutic Massage and Bodworks (NCBTMB) and/or Federation of State Massage Therapy Borads (FSMTB)

Required Courses/Completions (e.g., CPR):

Must have active healthcare provider Basic Life Support on hire (ARC or AHA); however, must have AHA Healthcare Provider BLS within 60 days of hire
