As part of a small, passionate and accomplished team of experts, you will help build a world-class manufacturing system supporting Blue Engines by providing analytical and scheduling support to inform leadership decision-making. This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your dedicated commitment and detailed attention towards safe and repeatable spaceflight.
Daily upkeep of production schedule
Work with Development and Production to integrate plans across orgranizations
Works with customers to develop performance recovery plans and incorporates recovery plans where appropriate
Performs studies/analysis and planning efforts, within and/or across programs/projects, organizations or business units to determine impacts, constraints, and plans involving product development, production rates, production development activities, process improvement, or program initiatives.
Incorporate Risk Management to ensure identification of at risk parts. Identify capacity constraints to shop Supervisors and recommend action plan
Prepare and provide schedule progress reports, trending charts and analysis on a periodic basis
Revise production schedules when required due to design changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs, or other interruptions, collaborating with Management, Customer Service, and Production
5+ years of scheduling expierence in a Manufacturing environment
Proficient Oracle Premivera P6
Proficient MS Office skills; strong MS Excel skills
Demonstrate the ability to identify dependencies across projects and recommend mitigation and workaround strategies
Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
B.S. Business, B.S. Engineering, Operations Management, and/or MBA
3 years of Aerospance Manufacturing Experience
Experience with manufacturing organizations and/or supply chain
Confluence, JIRA, SQL, MySQL, Power Query, Power Pivot
