We are looking for a dynamic, experienced and motivated Contracts Manager to join our global legal team. As a Contracts Manager you will play a pivotal role in managing our high-volume contract workflows, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with company policies and legal standards. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, deep understanding of technology contracts and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of technology contracts, including software licensing, software as a service (SAAS), and non-disclosure agreements.

  • Identify, assess, and provide legal advice on risks and issues arising within technology contracts, such as Intellectual property, privacy, information security, AI and others.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for contract review, negotiation, and management.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to streamline contract processes, improve efficiency and advance contractual engagements.

  • Manage the contract legal lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, finance, compliance, product, engineering, and security, to ensure contract terms meet business objectives and comply with company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in law, business, or another relevant field.

  • At least 5 years of experience in technology contracts management, preferably in a multinational company or similar fast paced environment.

  • Proven track record of managing high-volume contracts with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Deep understanding of SAAS, software licensing, cloud services, data privacy, and security, and other technology related subjects.

  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels.

  • Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

  • Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce software.

  • Fluency in English.
