Contract Manager

Position Summary:

ARRAY is seeking an individual interested in a career in contracts and subcontracts management. Duties include providing support in all areas of contract and subcontract administration of Federal, State and Local contracts from the initial solicitation through contract closeout. The successful candidate will serve as a liaison with customers, internal program managers and administrative groups to enable the successful execution of prime contracts and subcontracts in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and customer requirements. Occasional travel maybe required.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support technical and administrative staff members with day-to-day contract and subcontract issues that require resolution

  • Assist in the proposal process ensuring compliance with customer requirements and federal regulations

  • Work with internal and external customers to ensure contract and subcontract compliance

  • Prepare and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements and other company partnering agreements

  • Assist with maintenance of hard copy and soft copy files in accordance with company procedures

  • Maintain and update Unanet Accounting system containing contracts and subcontracts information

  • Work with technical personnel to ensure timely submission of contract deliverables

  • Support various audits, as requested

  • Other projects as may be assigned


  • Must have excellent working knowledge of the Federal Regulations and other associated contracting regulations

  • Must have excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team

  • Must have excellent skills in time management and setting priorities

  • Thorough knowledge of all appropriate ethical standards regarding contracting actions

  • Must have advanced working knowledge of a variety of computer software applications (MSWord, Excel) and Outlook

  • Working knowledge of Unanet or comparable accounting system is recommended

  • Bachelor's degree is required and a minimum of 7 years' experience in the project/contract administration field is required
