Responsible for preparing, administering and monitoring Department contracts, as well as preparing and coordinating internal/external contract reporting. Maintains records of all contracts and monitors post-closing requirements utilizing computerized contract registry.

Prepares compliance issue reports for a large County department with a high volume of contracts. Prepares consultant services authorizations for contracts/agreements for approval along with several other aspects of contract management. Renders direct assistance to administrative supervisor in the overall administration of Division operations, to include the preparation of contracts and agreements, solicitations, agenda items, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Equal Business Opportunity goal setting requirements and other essential functions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduation from high school or an equivalent recognized certification; minimum of two (2) years of experience in the monitoring, compliance or administration of contracts and/or agreements including one (1) year of customer service experience.

PREFERENCE FOR EXPERIENCE: Using MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint (must specify on application).
