This position supports Boeing Capital Corporation (BCC), a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company. BCC's team of financing professionals works as a global provider of financing solutions for customers of Boeing's commercial and defense products. It's our job to help Boeing succeed by arranging, structuring and sometimes providing financing to support the sale and delivery of Boeing products. We also support Boeing's success by managing the company's aircraft leasing portfolio and the investments we make through customer financing.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and execute contractual documents for aircraft loans, leases, purchases, sales, and aircraft trade-ins as well as administering to existing contracts and managing FAA registrations and renewals, UCC filings, maintaining interests in the International Registry, insurance certificates, letters of credit, and compliance with import/export processes as well as maintaining key information in multiple computing systems

  • Communicate and interfaces with internal functional disciplines as well as external customers, and supports development of creative solutions and coordination of contractual risk mitigation.

Qualifications

Typical Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience with contract research and development

confidential information
