Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Engineering required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 7 years experience in Customer Support, manufacturing or service. 3 years program management related type experience. Experience dealing with international, military, and government organizations.
Provide complete, comprehensive program management with full oversight responsibility for the planning, organizing and management of all necessary company and vendor resources required. to execute customized and comprehensive integrated logistics global product support programs offered through the Contract Maintenance & Logistic Support organization.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Functions: 1. Participate in program development and contract negotiations, critical design reviews and program management reviews. 2.
Work directly with Contracts and New Aircraft Sales organizations to develop contractual terms and conditions. 3. Work directly with senior Finance staff to establish and manage program budgets to achieve program forecasted targets and/or desired program revenue to ensure overall program success and profitability. 4. Interface directly with customer and/or customer representatives in providing single-point-of contact services in administration of all contract obligations. 5.
Develop progress reports, proposal deliverables, fact-finding reports and program required. documentation. 6. Develop program scope, pricing strategies and program master integrated schedules. Track program schedule and performance targets. 7.
Provide oversight of contractual compliance to mitigate exposure to liquidated damages associated with contract non-compliances. 8. Monitor funding levels and proper allocation of monies to include working with domestic and international financial institutions on bank guarantees, wire transfers and account management.
Additional Functions: 1. Review and approve proposal responses and final submittals. 2.
Manage oversight of technical support for programs to include services provided by subcontractors. 3. Act as liaison and work closely with Gulfstream Customer Support departments to facilitate their involvement and support in meeting contract requirements. Perform other duties as assigned.
