As a Contract Liaison, you will work in an administrative setting in Mt. Holly, Burlington County, NJ, to ensure compliance with government, state and county grant proposals.
Identifying the internal managers responsible or other personnel for the programs involved
Notifying internal managers, program personnel and command chains of requirements and timelines at least 30 days prior to required submission
Creating, maintaining, and monitoring a data base identifying all contracts and their reporting, outcome, renewal or resubmission requirements across all programs and departments of Oaks
Monitoring and coordinating the reporting, outcomes, renewal or resubmission efforts
Ensuring timliness of reporting, outcomes, renewal or resubmission consistent with stakeholder requirements
Undertaking Administrative or Grant related projects as directed
