Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, this is a temporary work from home role but will ultimately work in the Groton, CT office.

Performs a variety of duties to include contract review and account maintenance, and interaction with the RTS sales team, accounting department, client services, and engineering. Another aspect of the job is building and maintaining relationships with Department of Motor Vehicle and other third party processing agents to assist in the contract maintenance requirements. The contract implementation specialist plays a very important role in the end result of bringing on new clients to meet the expected annual revenue goals of RTS. This role also has an important part in projects related to the state(s) specialist supports. Provides constant feedback on ways to make processes more efficient and productive. Keeps all applications and databases up to date with client and user information as well as internal documentation of step-by-step daily functions and all current procedures.

Your role:

  • Customer database maintenance to keep account information up-to-date including accurate record-keeping.

  • Verify all sales contracts are complete and correct and meet internal and external standards.

  • Answer incoming calls, instant messages, and emails from various internal & external customers.

  • Create internal users according to specified procedures.

  • Create and maintain relationships with DMV/state agencies and keep current on all state policies and procedures.

  • Update contractual procedures as needed.

  • Provide input to the marketing department to update internal and external forms as needed.

  • Attend weekly and monthly conference calls related to contractual issues.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Highschool Diploma or GED

  • 1-3 years of professional experience

  • Experience in Contract documentation review and some related knowledge in Automobile Sales and Motor Vehicle Regulations

  • Demonstrate proficiency with all applicable internal programs and databases including Salesforce and other internal programs.

  • General planning, analytical, and problem solving skills

  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple and changing tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Proactive and cooperative problem-solving skills.
