Position Overview:

We're on a hunt for a Contract Finance Specialist for our client, a well-known financial services firm that operates as a 501(c)(9) non-profit.  This person will be responsible for vendor contract management/administration, as well as supporting budget and finance activities across the organization.

Core Responsibilities:

• Preparing briefs/summaries of key contractual clauses and data points
• Reviewing contract documents for completeness and making sure they include all necessary terms
• Ensure contracts are easily accessible and properly tracked
• Assisting in annual budget process as well as rolling forecasts
• Assist in financial reporting needs as necessary
• Assist in preparation of monthly reporting package for executive team

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors degree in Business or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in contract administration, along with some finance or accounting responsibilities
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
